Yes, there is free driveway parking. Please note there is no waiting area inside, so please remain in the comfort of your car until I invite you in at your appointment time.

Post treatment you may not immediately gain the results you desire, as a rule of thumb we suggest waiting 2 weeks for the final result after any procedure to allow full effect to take place and redness, bruising & swelling to subside. A complementary post-procedure review is suggested for all injectable treatments, this gives the client an opportunity to ask any questions and for the practitioner to ensure optimum results have been achieved and to make any potential minor adjustments if necessary.

You may bring 1 person with you to your appointment, we understand having procedures can sometimes cause anxiety, however please be reassured there are no medical reasons why you may need a chaperone or somebody to drive you home. Due to the nature of the procedures and environment, please do not bring children to your appointment.

Unfortunately for our injectable procedures we have a strict over 18's policy. You may be asked to provide proof of age if you are under 25 as a precaution, if this measure is not met, Rhiannon has the right to refuse/reschedule treatment.Under 18's are welcome to have facials, dermaplaning, microneedling, light chemical peels and vitamin B12 boosts with written consent from a parent or guardian.

At your appointment you will be verbally explained correct aftercare and given the opportunity to discuss any questions you may have; you will also be provided with printed & emailed aftercare to refer to, also containing contact details for your practitioner Rhiannon. We know that occasionally you may have a question or concern once you leave the clinic, it is within Rhiannon's best interests to provide trusted care and ongoing support in the rare instance of a complication. Please feel free to contact me at any point in the 24 hours of the day if you feel an issue has occurred post-treatment, it is imperative to me that we correct any adverse effects as soon as possible.
